In order for the projects to be successful, I chose one strategy, namely unwavering thirst for ambition, which destroys averageness, combined with total responsibility. That is why we present not just projects, but apartment complexes which have already been built by 20-50%. I consider creation of the Park Residence apartment complex to be a personal phenomenal start. This is decisive and innovative. No one has ever built housing of such a level and quality in Sofiyivska Borshchahivka before. I believe that gone are the days when an apartment was a typical home in concrete warrens, that people invested their money into, and it is time to change the attitude to private apartments. So, our goal is to think every detail through and create a special but simple and serene atmosphere in every apartment complex from UD Company with the help of exclusive design solutions and high-quality building materials.
